Roger Clements is a founding principal of Toscano Clements Taylor and has over 40 years of cost consulting experience. A large portion of his career was spent in England as a qualified quantity surveyor, where he was responsible for protecting an owner’s best interests by managing project costs throughout the entire construction life cycle. His expertise and leadership in the field of cost management has earned him a Fellowship with the London-based Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and he currently serves as TCT’s Senior Cost Manager and Director of Projects.
Roger’s experience allows him to deliver estimates during the conceptual phase that owners can be confident with, and he remains actively involved through all phases of design. His other responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s project managers and managing the firm’s QA/QC efforts to ensure that all estimates are delivered on schedule. He is the key contact for many of TCT’s New York-area clients, with whom he attends design meetings and coordinates design changes. His successful record in controlling schedule, budget and program requirements allows him to maintain harmonious relationships with clients from project inception through completion.
