Roger Clements is a founding principal of Toscano Clements Taylor LLC (TCT) and has 46 years of Project Management, Risk Management and Contract Claims experience. Roger is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor, specializing in Contract Claims, Negotiations, Contracts, Program Management and Cost Control on behalf of Owners. His expertise, depth of knowledge and considerable experience at a senior management level has earned him a Fellowship of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which is recognized worldwide as the premier professional organization for the built environment.

Roger has been responsible for many projects worldwide, but has been based in the New York area for 21 years and is fully conversant with the working practices and construction methodology in the five boroughs of New York City.
