Throughout her career, Kimberlee has contributed to the success of landmark facilities for a range of public and private sector clients. In 2008, she was recognized as Client of the Year by the Jamaica Business Resource Center, and she is an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and the National Association of Government Contractors. With her substantial knowledge, experience and connections in the Architecture/ Engineering/Construction industry, Kimberlee is also a widely sought-after moderator and panelist on a number of industry panels and symposiums.
As founding Partner and Senior Principal of TCT, Kimberlee’s responsibilities include financial management, strategic planning, and administrative management of the firm, as well as the development and evolution of the firm’s quality assurance policies, to ensure that TCT continually meets best practices and the rigorous demands of working with classified information. She also serves as TCT’s Facility Security Officer (FSO).
