TCT prepared DD and CD estimates for the exterior envelope and structure rehabilitation of two buildings connected by an atrium with a continuous skylight. The scope included the replacement of a failed center atrium, north exterior stairs, existing roof and rooftop lightning arrestor system, repairs to masonry and metal panel facade, adjacent exterior waterproofing under plaza deck, and sundry repairs to damage around doors and windows.
