TCT provided cost estimating services for the renovation of the entire electrical system and restoration of the exterior facade. The electrical renovation work included cutting, patching, repairing, demolition and removal as needed. The electrical renovation was done for all three floors of the building and the basement. The facade work included: stabilize existing masonry back-up wall at exterior wall after being exposed by removal of face brick veneer, take from store, clean, repair as necessary and reinstall existing exterior lighting fixtures at facades; new weatherproof boxes and photocells, GFRC simulated stone medallions at exterior walls and GFRC simulated stone cornice at parapets; 4′ 6″ high.
