TCT produced multiple concept estimates for a new 81,000 SF building located on the Fairfax Campus of GMU. The building has a signature design that consolidates academic units and centers housed within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences’s Economics Department. The project included a mix of University classrooms, economics instruction and administration, faculty offices and research space. The building’s “signature” design was envisioned to serve as a destination for collaborative learning and research endeavors on the local, national and international stage. The building was 100% donor funded.
