TCT provided a concept estimate for the feasibility study and test fit associated with the modernization of this 37,100 SF pre-K through 6th grade elementary school. The principal concerns were addressed by ADA accessibility upgrades; prominent identification of the main entrance; security enhancements; restroom upgrades; life safety upgrades; and circulation upgrades.
