TCT provided cost estimating services and produced a Concept Estimate for new law facilities. This project included a brand new 240,000 SF facility as well as renovations to the exisiting, 60,000 SF, Capital Hall facility. The expansion features tiered classrooms; seminar and conference rooms; a moot court, an experimental court and a ceremonial court room; a large multi-purpose room for Continuing Legal Education(CLE); a law library; 10 law clinics; a full commercial and catering kitchen; a dining room; several lounges; student journals and briefs offices; media control center, an underground parking garage for 400-500 spaces; and outdoor spaces as well as faculty, staff and student organization offices. The facilities are LEED Gold Certified and reflect the Washington College of Law’s energy, character, commitment and passion for the rule of law and lawyers in the 21st century.
