TCT provided cost estimating services for 2.9 million square feet of entertainment, retail, restaurant, and tourism space, located adjacent to the MetLife Stadium and the IZOD Center. This mega complex is the latest mixed-use, “destination” project by the Germehian family (Mall of America). Included in the project was a live performing arts theatre, a multi-screen luxury movie theatre, indoors ski and snowboard park, observation wheel, indoor amusement park, indoor water park, indoor ice skating rink, indoor skydiving, bowling, LegoLand Discovery Center, aquarium, miniature golf and a wide assortment of restaurants.
