TCT provided cost estimating services for this fast-track project to design three stands for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration. DC DGS led the project, with coordination between the Secret Service and National Park Service. The Presidential, Mayoral and Media Viewing Stands were made with 100% of the structural materials from the 2009 design.
