Catch up on industry insights, office updates, and team achievements.
When TCT started 18 years ago, it was just three of us sharing one small office, fueled mostly by big ideas, coffee, and the belief that we could make something meaningful. I still remember those early days, rolling up our sleeves, wearing multiple hats, and practicing a great deal of fortitude and patience.
Today, that small team has grown into a passionate, 60+ strong group with offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, and New Jersey, collaborating on projects across the globe. Along the way, we’ve expanded from our early focus on cost estimating into a full suite of project controls services built around three pillars: Cost Management, Planning & Scheduling, and Risk Management. These disciplines allow us to guide some of the world’s most complex projects with clarity and confidence, whether it’s the U.S. Capitol Building, LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment, the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum, or international work such as the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya. From major transportation and infrastructure projects to healthcare and universities, our projects represent both scale and significance.
Each project tells a story of trust, craftsmanship, and collaboration. These are more than buildings; they are legacies in the communities we serve, shaped by the expertise and dedication of our team.

But what really defines TCT isn’t our portfolio, it’s our people. Their creativity, commitment, and meticulous attention to detail are the foundation of our identity. Every milestone we’ve reached and every challenge we’ve overcome traces back to them.
This 18th anniversary is about reflection and gratitude. Gratitude for the early founders who took the leap, for the team whose passion fuels us today, and for the clients and partners who have trusted us along the way.
Even after all these years, I wake up every morning with that same excitement I felt on day one, but now I’m surrounded by a team that makes the journey richer and the future brighter.
Here’s to 18 years of growth, impact, and building meaningful legacies—together.
