Yonkers Saw Mill Daylighting, NY

This project entailed the Daylighting of approximately 800 linear feet of the Saw Mill River as an integral component of the overall design of a “Riverwalk” in Downtown Yonkers Plaza at Larkin Plaza. The river is a focal point of this urban park that interfaces with the surrounding commercial neighborhood. We prepared estimates for a Concept Master Plan with two alternates, and progressive Construction Document estimates for the selected option. The program included demolition, utility relocation, erosion, grading and irrigation plans, hard and soft scape plans as well as requisite structural plans and details. Project value is $20 million.
