SUNY Downstate Medical Center Master Plan, Brooklyn, NY

Our team was retained by SUNY DMC to provide a Second Check Estimate on a master plan developed by HOK and reconciled it with the architect’s estimator. Additionally, we prepared a Constructability Review report and validated the architect’s Schedule. The project was multi-phased and required the facility to remain occupied & operational throughout the project with minimal impact to the employees, patients and patrons of the facility. Project value is $250 million.
