TCT provided cost estimating services for updates to approximately 10 acres of recreational facilities. The scope of work included the renovation of existing sporting fields, outdoor pool, playground, parking, courts, wooded area, the pool house, and a 2,200 SF main recreation building. The renovated main building offers the following amenities as requested by the community: lobby, senior room, support areas, arts and craft room, fitness room, exercise area, offices, a multipurpose room, computer lab, and storage space.
