TCT provided Order of Magnitude Cost Estimating services for the new South Student Center at Georgetown University. The scope of work included renovation as well as some addition work to convert an existing residence hall into great room, study rooms, studios, pub, theater and outdoor terrace. The design of the new space targeted LEED Gold certification.
