We provided Cost Estimating services for a new 238 bed, 575,000sf acute care replacement hospital. The majority of the structure was new construction with 60,000sf renovation of an existing 2-story structure that will be connected via a 2-story concourse. The scope included diagnostic & treatment service center, patient tower, administrative & support services and loading dock. Project value is $320 million.
