We provided Cost Estimating services for our client’s IDIQ Task Orders which encompassed ADA elevators and the repair of the brick arches spanning the tracks and platforms, other masonry element repairs and overall cleaning in the low gallery extensions at these two 7th Avenue line stations. We provided Life Cycle Cost Analysis for three options which were selected by the project owner, as well as Concept with three options and Final Cost Estimates for the repairs. The team’s transit experience and intimate knowledge of the market was invaluable in meeting our client’s requirements and those of the project owner.
