We provided Cost Estimating services for the design & construction of a new federal building with a childcare center, parking garage and annex on an existing 27 acre federal campus. This high performance, 5-story building will be designed under GSA’s Design Excellence program and LEED Gold. Project size is $130 million. Services included Cost Estimating, Life Cycle Analysis, Benchmarking and Value Engineering in accordance with the GSA P-120. Project value is $130 million.
